Creating an outdoor entertaining area that is both functional and inviting is an important area of Home Design.

As an Australian I am particularly fond of the great Aussie BBQ and a big fan of the “Outdoor Kitchen” – I cant think of anything better than spending warm summer evenings with family and friends around enjoying a few glasses of red wine or a cold beer and a great BBQ.

It only makes sense that if you are going to go to the effort of designing a beautiful home that you spend some time making sure the landscaping and outdoor entertainment areas of your Home are complimentary to the overall design and atmosphere of your Home.

In this video we show how you can use our Home Design Software to plan the perfect Barbeque Area. Now there are a number of prebuilt BBQ’s included even in the free version of the software but if your making a full outdoor kitchen you may need the full power of the Master Upgrade to create your master piece.

Remember you can add to the materials library using suppliers websites or a digital camera to capture stone work or even a BBQ grill ( if you photograph it “top down” ) and you can lay that image down using the square shapes tool.
