Our Software Refund Policy – Refund Policy Statement

Our current refund policy is in line with World’s best practice for the Software Industry.

Our 3D Room Design Software is available for evaluation at no cost to the end user, ie everyone is entitled to download and evaluate a trial copy of the software before purchase.

This trial copy of the software has no time restrictions in place which enables customers to take as long as they need to ensure that this software is right for them before making a purchase

The limitations of the trial software are that the software has a limited number of rooms and a limited library of objects, materials and colors to choose from.

Given this free trial once this item has been purchased and the unlock code has been given to the customer it would be difficult to imagine the circumstances where a customer could claim that the product does not satisfy an end users needs.

As such we have a fairly strict refund policy.

The following are not considered as reasonable grounds for requesting a refund.

* The computer hardware that the software was purchased for is unsuitable – please confirm the suitably of your computer using the free use trial version.

* Refunds of technical support plans just because the customer never ended up needing support. Technical support plans must be viewed like car or home insurance, it is unreasonable to request a refund on an insurance policy just because you never made a claim against the policy.

* Because a customer ‘changed their mind’ after ordering – please confirm your need or  want for our product using the free trial.

* Because any of our extra value gifts or bonus inclusions offers made at the time of purchase doesn’t meet customer needs or expectations. A gift or bonus inclusion, be it an e-book, how to videos, or additional software it is intended as a gift to add value for our customers is exactly that not the product itself.

We respect our customers and pride ourselves on doing business fairly that is why we provide a free use trial on our 3D Room Design Software, the free trial use is your opportunity to determine if our product meets your needs, please respect our position in this, no company can be fairer that to provide a free trial version for your evaluation.

If the management of Developer3D should decide to issue a refund on any of the grounds above in order to promote goodwill there will be a $10 restocking and administration fee applied to the refund.
